Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Brow Tint.

Most clients see Brow Tint last 4-6 weeks. Fading depends on hair growth, skin oils, and sun exposure. Proper aftercare extends longevity. For maintenance we recommend touch-ups every 4-6 weeks to keep color consistent and brows looking full and defined.

Brow tinting is generally safe but those with sensitive skin or dye allergies should request a patch test at least 48 hours before service. Tell your technician about reactions or medications. We use professional formulas and can suggest alternatives if a reaction risk exists.

Skin staining is possible but usually fades in 1-3 days and can be removed gently with oil-based cleansers or makeup remover. Technicians minimize skin contact during application. Avoid rubbing freshly tinted brows and keep makeup or clothing away until dye sets.

At Kismet, Brow Tint does not include shaping by default, but you can book tinting alongside shaping or waxing as an add-on. Combining services requires extra appointment time—ask when booking so we can allocate appropriate time and ensure a precise, finished look.

Come with clean, makeup-free brows and avoid applying oils, serums, or brow products for 24 hours. Skip brow plucking or waxing immediately before your appointment. If you recently had chemical treatments or retinol use, mention it during booking for safe tinting.

To prolong color, avoid water, steam, sweating, and oil-based products for 24-48 hours. Use gentle cleansers and avoid exfoliating or chemical facial treatments near brows. Protect from strong sun and schedule touch-ups as recommended to maintain depth and shape.
