Expect 30–45 minutes for a Brow Shaping session. We start with a consultation about growth and style, map your brows, then carefully remove hair and refine shape. First-time clients may take a bit longer to establish the ideal brow design.

Most clients experience mild discomfort similar to tweezing that subsides quickly. We use gentle techniques, take breaks, and communicate throughout. If you have a low pain tolerance or sensitive skin, tell your technician and we’ll adjust the tempo and methods accordingly.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows. Avoid tweezing, heavy waxing, or chemical peels around the brow area for at least two weeks so we can properly assess natural growth. If you take blood thinners or have recent cosmetic procedures, please notify us ahead of time.

Typically every four to six weeks maintains shape for most clients. If you’re growing brows out or using growth serums, intervals may be longer. During your first appointment we’ll recommend a personalized maintenance schedule based on growth patterns and your desired look.

Yes. We assess remaining hair, bone structure, and growth direction to create a more balanced shape. While we can't restore lost hair instantly, we can recommend growth strategies, shading options like tinting or microblading referrals, and a shaping plan to gradually improve symmetry.

Keep the area clean and avoid makeup or heavy creams for 24 hours. Avoid saunas, intense sweating, and exfoliating products for 48–72 hours. If irritation occurs, use a cool compress and contact us. Follow any specific product recommendations we provide.
